The law firm of Nikitiuk & Blain was formed in 1985 by its present partners, Constantine Nikitiuk and Maurice Blain. Though we maintain a general practice, from the beginning there has been a focus on personal injury law. The partners have extensive experience in this area and have represented seriously injured clients at both trial and appeal levels. In addition, they participate in continuing education in order to remain at the top of their field.
